About This Product

■“Constant ventilation aerobic pile” and “high speed crushing turning”

This is a newly developed compost turner that pursues cost performance while maintaining the basic concept of a large top turn. It is powerfully compatible with individual or integrated composting of all biological waste, including livestock manure, wood waste, vegetable scraps, and kitchen waste, allowing for effective use suitable for a resource recycling society. . Excellent operability and safety come from comfortable maneuverability that allows you to maneuver freely even in narrow yards. With powerful stirring capacity of up to 1,380m3/h (RT3000), high-quality compost production is easily, speedily, and at low cost.

■Basic turning principle

The high-speed rotation of a large-diameter rotor with strong special blades crushes and mixes the raw materials, which are then gathered into the center, where they are violently thrown backwards by the paddle in the center. This results in the formation of a very fluffy, low-density, well-ventilated continuous mountain-shaped compost pile.

■Main features

1. Excellent mobility It has been developed for medium-sized use while maintaining the concept of a large compost turner, so it has excellent mobility. 2. Realization of low cost Medium-sized and dynamic technology. No electrical equipment is required, and compost is produced at an extremely low cost that is incomparable to conventional facility-type (electric) facilities. 3. Operation It is sufficient to switch back and forth about once a week, and each operation is short and does not place any burden on the operator. 4. Secure management Unlike conventional facility-type (electrically operated) machines, after work is completed, cleaning can be done smoothly outdoors. Machine management such as daily inspections can be performed safely and reliably.
