About This Product

■Newest technology for high-speed, large-scale compost turners

Multi-use high-speed compost turner "Top Turn". The material does not matter as long as it is a biodegradable resource. Not only livestock excrement, but also large amounts of biological waste of various shapes, states, and conditions can be converted into high-quality compost at high speed. It can be used effectively in a resource recycling society. Top Turn's biggest advantages are: large-capacity agitation performance produced by a high-output engine, ability to handle heavy raw materials and a wide variety of raw materials that contain long or foreign objects, and convenience of multi-use not found in electric facility types. The new Top Turn and its composting system, which offers economies of scale, will greatly contribute to the construction of resource recycling businesses and society by producing high-quality compost and achieving low running costs.

■Compost pile that creates ideal fermentation conditions

A large fermentation pile with a cross-sectional area of ​​up to 8.5m3 (X60 type) is created continuously and quickly while stirring work. This pile is formed in a state where there is less compaction and air can easily flow in, so aerobic fermentation continues for a long period of time even after stirring, making it possible to minimize the number of days required for fermentation and decomposition.

■Perfect turning with built-in latest mechanism

A top turn with many new mechanisms, reliable durability, and easy maintenance. Power is a 330PS turbo diesel engine with intercooler. Fully HST hydraulic running and rotor rotation speed adjustment allows for flexible operation according to the material and fermentation stage conditions. The standard all-view cabin is a great help for comfortable work. The cabin is pressurized and has a ventilation system that supplies fresh air through a carbon filter that meets strict German standards, as well as a heater and air conditioner. *The pressurized advanced air purification function is an optional setting.
