About This Product

■The Terminator is a true universal crusher with overwhelming performance regardless of the material.We can shred a wide range of waste, including industrial waste, general waste, and construction waste including wood, in large quantities, at low cost, stably and powerfully. The Universal Crusher Terminator is suitable for all types of waste and exhibits high performance. The uniaxial large-diameter crushing drum and counter knife, which rotate at low speed and high torque, can be selected from three types depending on the application and purpose, achieving reliable crushing of a variety of materials.

In addition, all models have a built-in mechanism to avoid contamination with foreign objects. When a difficult-to-process object gets mixed in, the mechanism automatically reverses and stops to prevent damage, and the entire counter knife can be opened wide, minimizing downtime for removing foreign objects.

The lineup includes models equipped with diesel engines (self-propelled crawler type, full trailer towed type, fixed hook type), electric direct model with high efficiency and low running costs, and electric hydraulic drive model with more power and excellent overload response. , you can select the most suitable unit for your application and environment by combining a wide variety of options.

■Electric direct model achieves maximum efficiencyTerminator Direct mechanically transmits driving force from one or two electric motors via a pulley. Power belt tension is automatically adjusted. Equipped with a 2-stage selectable gearbox, you can select 15 or 20r.p.m according to the input material. A constant driving torque is maintained regardless of the rotation speed. If the motor stops, it will automatically rotate in reverse while the motor continues to rotate forward.

Energy costs are low because there is no power loss caused by the hydraulic circuit, and there are no oil or fat consumables. It is possible to achieve low costs, including equipment prices.
