About This Product

■Electric direct model achieves maximum efficiency

Electric direct drive minimizes running costs including maintenance costs. This model is ideal for plant integration and long-term operation due to its ease of interlocking control and minimal external dimensions. We offer a wide variety of options, including discharge conveyors. In addition to no-load signal contacts, Profibus can now be selected for interlocked control with peripheral devices. Maintenance work is also reduced because no auxiliary equipment or hydraulic mechanisms are required.

■Features of electric direct type

・Equipped with load situation sensing automatic transmission ・Reduces energy consumption by up to 35% compared to hydraulic models ・High throughput is ensured with the same crushing mechanism as the proven hydraulic drive model. ・You can select high or low rotation speed of the crushing drum depending on the material.

■Electro-hydraulic drive model equipped with torque control function

The electric-hydraulic drive model can increase the crushing torque when the crushing drum rotation speed decreases. This model is ideal for materials that are difficult to shred and require frequent forward and reverse rotation. For processing root stocks, etc., maximum processing capacity can be achieved with minimum initial investment. In addition, since the crushing drum rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly, the processing capacity can be adjusted freely to match the processing capacity of the downstream work equipment. The CU model is equipped with a power unit on one frame, making it easy to transport and install, and the SU model has the crushing part and power unit installed separately, increasing installation flexibility and providing excellent dust and soundproofing for the power unit. are available.
