About This Product

■Low-speed twin shafts that demonstrate high performance for a wide range of biomass resources, from root stumps and forest residue to biomass fuel production, construction waste, primary crushing of general waste, food residues, plants, and special uses such as compost raw material preparation. crusher- The two-axis crushing rotor rotates at low speed, and crushing knives are arranged in a spiral pattern to create flow in different directions. When large materials such as root removal are introduced, the material rotates, and the knives on both shafts bite into the irregularly shaped materials and crush them.
- A receiving tooth is installed at the bottom center of the 2 shafts. By repeatedly re-crushing large-diameter objects that do not pass through the screen installed throughout the lower part, it achieves a uniform crushed shape and good penetration, demonstrating high processing capacity regardless of the material.
・The built-in screen allows you to arrange felled branches and leaves, offcuts, forest residue, etc. to the desired size. You can easily change the screen size according to the desired size.
・The low-speed, high-torque crushing mechanism not only suppresses noise, vibration, and dust generation, but also minimizes machine wear and tear.
- Automatic reversal mechanism in the event of overload and a screen basket that opens wide to the outside of the main body, making it easy to remove foreign objects. This also keeps downtime short.

■D Mobile with diesel engineThe engine-equipped model, which has all functions compactly incorporated into a strong frame and allows for flexible operation, comes in three types: hook type (H), trailer type (T), and crawler self-propelled type (S). You can choose from chassis. If you need to move around the premises, we recommend a crawler type or trailer type, and if you want it to be stationary, we recommend a hook type.

The drum drive can be a hydraulic drive with torque control function or a direct (mechanical) drive with low running costs.

*The power type (engine type: D) and the notation for each frame will be added to the end of the base model (Crawler type: -S/Trailer type: -T/Hook type: -H).
