About This Product

■SummaryThe new Axter 4510 is the latest general-purpose wood processor that is suitable for Japan's road conditions and work environment. The crushing section, which is the key mechanism of this series, has been inherited from the previous model 5010/6010, and it demonstrates high performance with a generous loading opening width and large capacity processing capacity that can accommodate a wide range of materials.

The new design lowers the loading height by approximately 500mm by relocating the engine mount, improving work efficiency for loading operators. In addition, it is powered by a turbo diesel engine with a Caterpillar intercooler that takes maintenance into consideration. There are two output models to choose from: the powerful 430kW (6210 type) and the economical 340kW (4510 type).

A chipper knife with a fixed head is used for processing chips from thinned wood, etc., an Axter knife with the same head is used for processing fuel chips from bark, pruned branches and leaves, and forest residues, a free Axter knife is used for processing bamboo materials and developed felled wood, and more. For processing recycled fuel fuel chips where there is a risk of contaminants being mixed in, the free hammer can be replaced with the most suitable tool, and this flexibility is common to the Axter series.

■Features・Two models are available: the powerful 6210 type (430kW) equipped with a high-output engine and the economical 4510 type (340kW).
- Equipped with a movable tip hopper that can be operated by remote control as standard, and a large input section measuring 4.15 m long x 1.43 m wide, which reduces workload and is adaptable to a wide range of materials.
・Input opening: height 850mm x width 1,430mm, crushing drum: diameter 1.1m x width 1.15m. Like the previous model 5010/6010, it achieves stable material supply and high processing capacity even for irregularly shaped materials such as pruned branches and leaves and forest residue.
・A common tool for the Axter series that allows you to quickly switch between cutting and striking work modes without the need to replace the drum.
- Maintenance access can be optimized, safely and quickly based on ergonomics.
・Available in two-shaft towing type and crawler self-propelled type that exhibit high mobility.
