■Produces the highest quality wood chips with maximum performanceSince its introduction in Japan in 2007, the wood chipper ``Wood Hacker Mega'' series has not only been used to process thinned wood into raw material chips for paper and board, but also to take advantage of its high throughput and low running cost cutting ability. , is widely used in various parts of Japan to produce high value-added biomass fuel from unused wood resources.

Uniform, high-quality chips are efficiently produced using our unique open drum cutting method and built-in screen, making it possible to transport them directly from the forest to the customer, contributing to lower transportation costs. We offer models to suit different scales and uses, from medium-sized crawler self-propelled models that can be used in mountainous areas, to large models for plants, and electric stationary models. ■High quality chipsContinuous cutting is performed using a sharp knife and receiving blade attached to a large cylindrical drum that rotates at medium speed. The cut chips are uniformized to the desired size by a built-in screen and then discharged. This world-class cutting mechanism technology can efficiently produce highly uniform square chips suitable for wood biomass fuel and raw material chips.

■Large processing & low running costsThe unique open-drum cutting mechanism allows all attached knives to always perform their functions, achieving high-speed, large-capacity work. Compared to high-speed impact shredders, you can expect a fuel cost reduction of more than 30%. For discharge from each mobile model, there are two types: a blower type that can be directly loaded onto an expanded truck or trailer, and a conveyor type that produces fewer fine particles. By using the standard wireless remote control for various operations, one-man operation by the operator of the heavy equipment is also possible.
