Features

■Noise blocking and absorption effect

The newly developed 2040 silencer pipe has a two-layer structure with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Poly Propylene (PP) applied to the inner layer of the straight pipe and pipe joint, respectively, and Mineral Aggregate applied to the outer layer. This is the biggest feature. By using three circular pads in the fluid impact area outside the pipe joint, we were able to minimize drainage vibration energy with a total of 5 stages of structure.

As a result of many verification tests, 2040 silencer pipes have stronger chemical resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphorous acid, alkalis, oils, etc. than metal pipes, and have excellent corrosion resistance, electrolytic corrosion resistance, It has been proven to be impact resistant.

■Excellent workability and cost benefits

To connect, simply insert the straight pipe to the stopper of the pipe fitting with one touch and tighten with the special tightening tool. No other special tools are required.
