Necessary equipment is compactly stored in the pipe frame. Equipped with main pump, auxiliary pump, valve piping, electrical system, pressure measurement port, etc. Easy to handle and maintain and inspect, making it the ideal model for experiments.
■Features
The tabletop type and compact size allow for space-saving installation. There is no need to stop the main pump when opening the vacuum chamber, and an automatic leak valve protects the main pump in the event of a power outage. Additionally, the oil diffusion pump is air-cooled, so no cooling water is required. RoHS compliant.
