About This Product
■Product description
This is a small, low-cost resistance heating type vacuum evaporation device that compactly houses a turbomolecular pump and auxiliary pump inside the stand. Clean exhaust makes it ideal for experiments such as basic research and development.
■Features
Equipped with casters for easy movement, and also equipped with adjusters to ensure safe installation. The glass bell jar allows for easy viewing of the interior and ensures good operability. It is easy to operate because the vacuum chamber can be opened without stopping the main pump. Simultaneous evaporation and multilayer evaporation (up to 4 layers) are possible by adding an evaporation power source and electrodes.
