About This Product

■Product description T-station85 is a low-cost, compact turbo-molecular pump station that combines nEXT85H (turbo-molecular pump) with a diaphragm vacuum pump or rotary pump and is equipped with a simple controller. Exhaust speed: 47~84L/s. T-Station85 is equipped with a new TAG (Turbo and Active Guage) controller as standard, allowing you to start and stop the system with a single button. Edwards vacuum gauges and vent valves can be controlled, and the ultimate pressure (when vacuum gauges are installed) or delayed startup of the turbomolecular pump can be controlled with a timer. ■Features Custom controller You can start/stop the pump with a single dedicated button. Accurate display display that is easy to read. When the TAV vent valve is installed, user operation is not required as the vent mode is selected and automatic venting is performed. High Performance Back Pumps Oil rotary vacuum pumps: E2M1.5 and diaphragm vacuum pumps: XDD1 are available as high performance back pumps, and you can choose between oil rotary vacuum pumps and dry vacuum pumps. Dry vacuum pump: mXDS3 (scroll pump) can also be selected. Thin and compact rubber feet and side cutout base plate make it easy to carry. Although it is compact and thin, it has a stable design so you don't have to worry about it falling over. User-maintainable The nEXT85 (turbo molecular pump), E2M1.5 (oil rotary vacuum pump), and XDD1 (diaphragm vacuum pump) are all user-maintainable. Built-in Air Cooler An integrated air cooler cools the internal power supply and pump controller, allowing silent operation without the need for multiple fans. Sturdy Metal Frame The frame is all metal and has a strong design that won't break or break. Inlet flange options You can choose from NW40 (KF40), ISO63 or CF63 flange sizes to suit your application.
