■Product description
This is a small type of roots type vacuum pump. It is possible to significantly increase the pumping speed in the pressure range where the pumping speed of the auxiliary pump decreases.
■Features
By adopting a DC brushless motor, it is operated at the optimum rotation speed according to the load, making it possible to evacuate from atmospheric pressure. The magnetic coupling structure prevents oil from leaking to the outside of the pump. The seal inside the pump uses a non-contact seal, which can significantly reduce mechanical losses. (Power consumption is reduced by approximately 60% compared to MBS-050) Operation is possible on 100V and 200V systems by switching the power supply inside the driver box.
