About This Product

■Product descriptionThe EM series is a mechanical oil-sealed, robust pump that operates at pumping speeds from 617 to 5,100 L/min (37 to 306 m2/h). The compact, quiet design features advanced lubrication circuitry, reliability, and application-specific accessories. EM pumps can be used in combination with a variety of vacuum booster pumps.

■FeaturesReliable and high design and technology We use a design that has been in the market for over 30 years. A built-in oil filtration system with a disposable oil filter and forced oil lubrication provide a pump mechanism that operates efficiently and easily at any intake pressure. The explosion-proof ATEX version E2M Ex series can be used in environments where explosive atmospheres may be present.

A variety of products are available for use in explosive atmospheres. These products are certified to ATEX and other relevant international standards. Choose the series that best suits your needs: HC series (hydrocarbon oil specification) for most applications, FX series (PFPE compatible) for pumping high oxygen gas mixtures, AZ series (azide compatible) for chemically active compound applications )

Combination of E2M and EH booster pump Combining E2M and EH booster pump increases pumping speed and ultimate pressure. Edwards' unique EM275/EH4200 pump system provides extremely high disposal rates, quickly evacuating large volume chambers to extremely low pressures. Protect your process from contamination Prevent oil and air backflow.
