The RV pump is designed to meet your vacuum needs with a mode selector and two-position gas ballast, capable of handling water vapor of 60 g/h or best-in-class 220 g/h, or 290 g/h for the RV12. Ideal for wet pump applications such as freeze drying, extraction, filtration, and gel drying. Additionally, this pump is an extremely versatile multi-purpose pump, making it ideal for any application. A unique mode selector allows one pump to be used for both high displacement and high vacuum applications, a self-centering mechanism, no dowels for part-by-part replaceability, high steam pump capability, and a wide range of accessories. Pumps are the best choice for laboratory applications in the long term.
For safe processes and systems, a built-in anti-backflow exhaust valve prevents oil mist from flowing back. Fast-acting intake valves operate within 0.4 seconds of pump stop, providing reliable and safe operation in almost all applications. The wide range of motors also allows the pump to accommodate a wide range of voltages and frequencies from two motor types. We can also meet your specific requirements, including PFPE-compatible and ATEX-certified pumps.
■Features
Unique mode selector switch allows changing to high vacuum and high exhaust operation with one pump. Easy maintenance O-ring sealed sight glass allows for easy visual inspection of oil level and oil condition. The oil drain port is located at the end of the oil box for draining oil from the pump. A large oil fill port and recess at the top of the oil box top make refilling the oil easy. All parts can be disassembled using a hex wrench. All parts are automatically adjusted, so no jigs or special assembly are required. Polymer blades without springs or pins make assembly easier and more reliable. The shaft seal can be replaced from the motor side without disassembling the pump mechanism.
