About This Product

During the research and development process for a fish finder using ultrasound, the cavitation phenomenon that was discovered by chance served as a hint, leading to the subsequent development of an ultrafine bubble generator. We accept inquiries regarding special specifications such as seawater specifications/heat resistance/for high viscosity liquids/corrosion-resistant fluorine processing/sanitary specifications/air-driven explosion-proof specifications/with moving tires, built-in units/OEM, etc. ■HYBRID SYSTEM ・Gas and liquid are drawn in by pump negative pressure, and while pressurized in the mixing header, cavitation is generated by the gas-liquid shear structure, and foam is generated by releasing pressure from the foaming nozzle. ・Continuously and stably generates fine, uniform air bubbles with high density. The buoyancy of the generated bubbles is almost eliminated and the residence time becomes longer, resulting in a highly concentrated state being maintained in the liquid for a long time. ■Hybrid method ・High concentration ・Minute uniformity ・Stable and long life - Since the bubble particle size is uniform, the zeta potential is equal, and the bubbles repel and disperse, resulting in high concentration. ・Can perform dispersion mixing between liquid phases.
