About This Product
SIM is an ultra-high-speed multi-channel framing camera capable of capturing up to 1 billion frames per second with an ultra-high resolution image intensifier and superior optical design. It can be used for a variety of high-speed photography applications such as electrical discharges, explosions, destruction, shock waves, combustion, fluids, and flying objects. The high-resolution ICCD element is controlled by state-of-the-art electronics, and gain, exposure time, etc. can be freely set according to the experiment.
The 8-channel version allows for the same optical axis to be shared and imaged by a secondary optical device (e.g. high-speed video, spectrometer, or streak camera).
