About This Product
TACHYON 16k and TACHYON 16k Plus are mid-infrared high-speed cameras with a wavelength sensitivity range of mid-infrared (1μm to 5μm). Capable of high-speed shooting of 4,000fps (16k plus) at full resolution 128x128 pixels. Ideal for various research and development and manufacturing sites, such as various types of arc welding, laser welding, metal 3D printers, high-temperature gas flows, glass processing processes, gas, and flame detection.
It is possible to visualize objects and gases at temperatures of 100℃ or higher. It is non-cooled, small, lightweight, and compatible with Giga Ethernet PoE 2.0, making it easy to install. Furthermore, it is a compact thermal image visualization camera with an affordable price.
■Small, lightweight, compact size
TACHYON 16k and TACHYON 16k Plus are small cameras measuring 66x62x62mm (LxWxD) with a startup time of less than 10 seconds. The camera body weighs only 400g, making it extremely lightweight and easy to carry and install.
■Can detect heat radiators over 100℃
The minimum detection temperature of TACHYON 16k and TACHYON 16k Plus is 100℃, and it is possible to visualize heat radiators (solid and gas). In addition, it is possible to detect the width, area, center of gravity, etc. of the weld pool and analyze it in real time and offline.
