About This Product

Through joint development with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, we have realized decarbonization and energy conservation in the non-ferrous metal casting industry.

■“Next generation” immersion heater that easily realizes energy savings

・Energy savings can be easily achieved by simply attaching it to the pump outlet of a non-ferrous metal melting and holding furnace. ・Using high output and efficiency to improve heat capacity and increase production capacity. ・Reducing CO2 by hybridizing gas and electricity.

■Point 01

Optimize the heating balance of heat sources used in the casting industry to save energy, reduce running costs, and reduce CO2. By placing an appropriate heat source at the pump outlet where there is a lot of heat radiation loss, unnecessary heating is reduced and energy is saved.

■Point 02

Custom-made design that can be installed to fit the shape of your existing melting and holding furnace. We design so that the appropriate heat source can be placed in the appropriate location according to the customer's usage conditions.

■Point 03

In pursuit of heating efficiency, we have achieved an output that is more than 5 times higher than conventional products, making it ideal for a variety of applications. Installed as an auxiliary heat source, it can extend the life of existing furnaces, restore performance, and support increased production.

■Point

・Improved heating efficiency of the heater itself, lowers the operating temperature of the heater than before, and enables high output, extending the life of the heater. ・As long as there is no damage to the protection tube, only the heating wire can be replaced as many times as necessary. ・Fast delivery time comparable to other companies. If a standard size protection tube is used, it can be produced in 20 days.
