About This Product
It is manufactured by wrapping the heating wire around an insulator to keep the distance between it and the sheath small, improving heat transfer performance and stably producing high output. This heater has a heating wire wound around an MgO bobbin placed inside a metal pipe, filled with high-purity magnesia, and a lead wire pulled out from one side of the metal pipe.

Depending on how it is used, it is possible to put a large electrical capacity into a small heater.

Molds, molds, liquid heaters, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, food industry machinery, etc.
■Shape
- When heating a mold, if the clearance between the heater and the insertion hole is large, heat transfer will be poor and overheating may occur. Reducing the installation clearance is one of the factors that extends the life of the heater.
