About This Product

■Summary

This device is a system that monitors the haze value of film sheets on the line. This is a measuring instrument with spectral characteristics equivalent to the combination of standard illuminant D65 and standard spectral luminous efficiency, and continuously measures and monitors the haze value of film sheets. By adopting a double beam system with excellent long-term stability, a highly reliable monitoring system can be constructed. Highly stable monitoring is possible by using a method that receives and calculates 0° (parallel light) light and diffused light in the vicinity, without using an integrating sphere.

■Non-contact haze value measurement

Originally, to determine the haze value, it was necessary to calculate the diffused light transmittance using an integrating sphere. However, integrating sphere devices require the sample to be in close contact with each other, which is not possible with online continuous measurement. Furthermore, when measuring with an integrating sphere, there is a time difference between 0° measurement and diffused light measurement, and with continuously produced samples, the measurement position shifts and accurate values ​​cannot be obtained. In addition, integrating spheres must maintain high reflectance and uniformity, which poses problems in maintenance to ensure long-term stability and reproducibility. Therefore, we solved these problems all at once by developing a unique measurement method using measurement technology and data accumulated over many years of experience.

■Minimize machine difference values

At high-performance film manufacturing sites, it is assumed that many types of functional films will be produced in the same factory. Therefore, multiple production monitors are required. We minimize differences in measured values ​​so that you can use multiple units with confidence.
