About This Product

■Summary- A hybrid type based on a new idea that becomes semi-flammable when attached to the base material. 
・This is a product that has been certified as semi-flammable by combining our 6mm thick semi-flammable solid wood board and semi-non-flammable material (9.5mm plasterboard, etc.).
・It is a wood that maintains the same texture as solid wood, but also contributes to cost and workability.

■Advantages of hybrid type of FPWOOD semi-noncombustible wood-Completely covers performance errors due to individual differences in solid wood, making it safer.
・On-site construction and transportation are reduced, leading to shorter construction times and lower costs.
・For renovation work, etc., it is possible to utilize existing walls. It is often used in new construction for waist walls and ceilings.

■Manufacturing process- Lumber (about 3 days to 2 weeks): The immersion method uses freshly sawn green wood that still contains moisture. Since no pre-drying is required, energy costs can be reduced.
・Non-flammable treatment (approximately 10 days): The non-flammable liquid is permeated into the interior of the wood using the concentration replacement effect of chemicals and moisture in the wood. (Immersion method) The know-how of temperature control, time management, and liquid management is utilized.
-Curing (approximately 4 to 5 days): After non-flammable treatment, curing is performed by natural drying to promote fixation and stability of the chemical.
・Drying (approximately 1 to 2 weeks): To prevent nonflammable components from volatilizing due to high-temperature drying, drying is performed using a low-temperature drying system without putting stress on the material.
・Processing and finishing (about 4 to 5 days): Processing and finishing will be performed to the desired size and shape. Since non-combustible wood has a solid content of non-combustible materials, experience and know-how from improvements are utilized.
・Shipping (approximately 45 days after ordering): The product will be shipped approximately 45 days after receiving your order. Delivery time varies depending on inventory status and factory operating status.
