About This Product

■Five features・Safety: We strive to manufacture high-quality products by checking quality using a corn calorimeter used in the main test for certification application. The manufacturing method uses a highly stable immersion method.
・Low price: Like semi-nonflammable, the immersion method does not require large-scale equipment, contributing to cost reduction.
・Environment: We are creating products with consideration for the global environment and with the aim of increasing the self-sufficiency rate of domestically produced materials and revitalizing local production, which can also contribute to wood mileage. We have obtained certification for cedar and cypress, which are the main domestic materials.
・Multi-spec: Certified for plate thicknesses of 12mm to 50mm. In addition to paneling, we can also handle louver materials, frame materials, etc.
・Materials: In addition to the immersion method, we use a combination of natural drying and our original low-temperature drying system, so we do not put any extra stress on the material, resulting in a finish that does not impair the texture of solid wood. Masu.

■What are the standards for noncombustible materials?・It must not burn when heated to the level equivalent to a normal fire.
・It must not cause deformation, melting, cracking, or other damage that is detrimental to fire protection.
・It must not emit smoke or gas harmful to evacuation.

■Manufacturing process- Lumber (about 3 days to 2 weeks): The immersion method uses freshly sawn green wood that still contains moisture. Since no pre-drying is required, energy costs can be reduced.
・Non-flammable treatment (approximately 10 days): The non-flammable liquid is permeated into the interior of the wood using the concentration replacement effect of chemicals and moisture in the wood. (Immersion method) The know-how of temperature control, time management, and liquid management is utilized.
-Curing (approximately 4 to 5 days): After non-flammable treatment, curing is performed by natural drying to promote fixation and stability of the chemical.
・Drying (approximately 1 to 2 weeks): To prevent nonflammable components from volatilizing due to high-temperature drying, drying is performed using a low-temperature drying system without putting stress on the material.
・Processing and finishing (about 4 to 5 days): Processing and finishing will be performed to the desired size and shape. Since non-combustible wood has a solid content of non-combustible materials, experience and know-how from improvements are utilized.
・Shipping (approximately 45 days after ordering): The product will be shipped approximately 45 days after receiving your order. Delivery time varies depending on inventory status and factory operating status.
