The microscope thermocontroller LMT-S700 series is able to accurately control a wide range of temperatures based on Collet's extensive technology and track record of microscope thermocontrollers. It is possible to observe, measure, and measure thermal deformation, electrical properties, and optical properties of various materials such as semiconductor packages, liquid crystals, bare chips, printed circuit boards, and pharmaceuticals under a microscope.

The thermo controller controls the flow rate of liquid nitrogen for cooling and the output of the heater for heating. Our advanced technology enables accurate temperature control over a wide temperature range.

■Uniform surface temperature

The sample stage uses pure silver, which has high thermal conductivity, and can maintain a uniform surface temperature.
