Self-braking descender with anti-panic function for working at heights and rope access

The ID S self-braking descender is designed for work at height and rope access. The ergonomically designed handle allows for comfortable descent control. Panic prevention function and erroneous operation prevention catch reduce the risk of accidents due to user operation errors.

The auto-lock system allows you to easily stop in your working position without having to manipulate the handle or tie off the rope. Even in the locked state, the slack in the rope can be taken up without operating the handle. The safety catch allows you to attach the rope while the equipment is connected to the harness.

ID S can be used with ropes with a diameter of 10 - 11.5 mm and supports a maximum load of 250 kg.

■Easy to use design・The safety catch on the movable side plate allows the rope to be set and pass through the intermediate fulcrum while the device is connected to the harness.
・Easy to set rope with rope guide and markings
- The catch prevents misoperation, reducing the risk of accidents due to incorrectly setting the rope to the equipment.
-Ergonomically designed handle allows optimal control of rope release and descent
- Two selectable lowering modes: side plate or V-groove
- Panic prevention feature automatically applies the brakes and stops the descent if you pull the handle too hard
・Smooth movement is possible on gently sloping ground and horizontally.
- The auto-lock system allows you to easily stop at the working position without operating the handle or tying off the rope. The rope will automatically lock when the user releases the handle. The handle automatically returns to its original position, reducing the risk of accidental snagging of the instrument.
