We design and manufacture manual pin press-fit machines. The concept and design takes into consideration the fact that work efficiency will decrease due to the length of the point of application increasing from the rotating shaft, making it possible to achieve safe and secure press-fitting. We have solved this problem by having a lever configuration in two locations, achieving a large press-fit with a small amount of force.

Conventional manual press-in machines, which are generally used to press-in pins, etc., use a crank mechanism or rack-and-pinion system. Therefore, the only ways to increase the power factor are to increase the length of the point of application from the rotating shaft (lengthen the handle) or to decrease the pinion diameter. As a result, the moving distance of the point of action becomes longer, reducing work efficiency.

Our manual press-in machine has two levers, making it possible to generate a large pressing force with less force than conventional manual press-in machines. When performing press-fitting work with this machine, pins and other objects can be press-fitted with much less force than conventional models. The machine itself is lightweight, compact, and highly operable, so it can be used with confidence by men and women of all ages. This solves the problems of conventional press-fitting machines, such as ``your arms get tired when press-fitting'' and ``you can't press-fit properly and work efficiency is low.''
