About This Product

The polymer probe is a high-resolution probe that uses a fluorine-based copolymer P (VDF-TrFE) film developed based on the latest polymer technology as a piezoelectric element. It exhibits excellent performance in meeting increasingly sophisticated inspection requirements, such as flaw detection using high frequencies (25MHz or higher), which is difficult with ceramic piezoelectric elements, and detection of minute surface flaws using highly damped pulse waves.

■Features

・Acoustic impedance is similar to water, living organisms, and plastics. (Ideal for water immersion probes) ・The dielectric constant ε is small. (Advantageous for high frequency and large area) ・It has excellent impact resistance and flexibility, and can produce elements of any shape due to the casting method. *Other model numbers are available.
