About This Product
X-ray flaw detection and ultrasonic flaw detection are methods for recording images without destroying the inside of the material. We are developing an ultrasonic flaw detection device that combines ultrasonic flaw detection and an image processing device.
The scope of application of ultrasonic flaw detection and visualization equipment is the detection of cracks inside semiconductors, the discrimination between adhesion and peeling, the detection of voids and delamination in new materials such as fine ceramics and composite materials, and the final inspection of processed parts used in aircraft. It has been widely used and has achieved great results in inspections of bonding surfaces between metals and dissimilar metals.
D-view (Desktop ultrasonic view-system) is a desktop ultrasonic flaw detection visualization system with a space-saving design that can be easily set up in laboratories and offices. It inherits the ease of use and extensive data processing software of our highly acclaimed SDS series high-performance ultrasonic scanner, so it can be applied to material inspection in a variety of fields. Of course, it is equipped with our newly developed high frequency compatible ultrasonic flaw detector "HIS3".
■D-view configuration
D-view has a 2-axis scanner that scans the workpiece in a water tank for water immersion ultrasonic flaw detection, and a high-frequency ultrasonic flaw detector HIS3 as the main body of the flaw detector, which detects defects that cannot be detected by pulse reflection method. It consists of an industrial PC that performs control.
