About This Product

Cutting oil mixed into the mechanical vacuum pump can be discharged.

■This time, we reviewed the inside of the device and it became a NEW model.・The old model used a piston pump to discharge, but the new model switches the vacuum line circuit and discharges with air blow, so there are no worn parts and it can be used stably.
・It is also possible to discharge bubbles, which was not possible with the old model.
- External dimensions are the same as the old model and are compact.
・The only connections are to the vacuum line and air source.

■This will solve the problem of cutting oil entering the vacuum line.The idea was to constantly drain cutting oil from large workpieces during long machining, instead of storing it. Since there is almost no lifting head from a vacuum container and it is difficult to suck out the oil inside the container with a pump, the mainstream idea was to store it in a charge tank, etc., but this unit uses an air blower to discharge the mixed oil. This brings about great effects in improving machine operating time and maintaining vacuum pumps. Machining can be performed with confidence even when used with a mechanical vacuum pump.

If the vacuum exhaust flow rate is less than 100L/min, the problem will be solved by connecting it between the vacuum unit and the jig. When using a vacuum pump with a flow rate exceeding 100L/min, install an oil separator between the lines. Either method will drain the oil that has entered the vacuum line.

■Features of the drain pump unit and details of this model change- Just like a vacuum chuck, it operates only with compressed air and does not use electricity. This is to prevent the line from going down due to electrical leakage when used at a machinery site.
-The major change in this model is that the main pump has been changed from a piston type to an air blower.This change eliminates parts that wear out and reduces maintenance.
・It is also possible to discharge bubbles, which was not possible with the old model.
- The timing of discharge is determined by an air timer, and the cycle time has been stabilized by making the volume tank larger (approximately 60cc).
・There is no change in the external dimensions, but the contents are completely different.
