About This Product

Managing large, heavy physical templates is time-consuming and costly. It also leaves room for human error in the workplace, which can result in wasted work and costly rework. Virtual templates using Tracer laser projectors solve all these problems. It projects a laser outline onto a 3D surface or object that operators can use for quick and accurate job sequencing and component positioning. Use the Tracer laser projector to locate and verify part placement, composite lay-up order and guide, visual verification and paint masking. Main features

■Virtual template based on 3D CAD data

Use virtual templates for a variety of manufacturing applications.

■Excellent projection accuracy

Projects at 4.6m (15ft) with a measurement accuracy of 0.25mm (0.010in.).

■Workflow automation

To automate your workflow, Tracer laser projectors use BuildIT Metrology software and BuildIT projector software.

■Long distance projection

Provides accurate, variable and long-range projection (up to 15.2 m).

■High-performance trajectory control (ATC)

Ensure fast projection, excellent dynamic accuracy, and quick refresh with minimal flicker.

■Multi-projector array

Operate multiple laser projectors with one workstation. Ideal for large assemblies and space-constrained locations.

■Robust and reliable design

The device is protected in a dust-tight industrial enclosure and operates under active thermal management.
