About This Product

Catch the viscosity of liquid by changing vibration. Achieves high resolution using a piezoelectric acceleration sensor. This is an epoch-making product that utilizes resonance phenomena. By using a vibrator with our unique balanced structure, we have achieved stable viscosity measurement and long-term reliability. *Patented (Japanese, US, UK) ■Summary ・FEM-1000V is a torsional vibration viscometer for process inline applications. Viscosity and temperature can be measured continuously and in real time by attaching it to a tank or piping with a flange. ・This is a maintenance-free viscometer that uses piezoelectric ceramic in the drive part. -The viscosity sensor part (probe) has a completely sealed structure, and in addition to being used by attaching it with a flange, the non-explosion-proof type can also be used by immersing the entire probe in liquid. ・Viscosity can be measured while the liquid is flowing by installing it inside a tank that is being stirred or on a pipe where liquid is flowing. ・The explosion-proof type is flameproof and can be used safely in controlled areas. *For overseas specification products, please contact us. ■Features -Viscosity measurement accuracy is within ±1% of the measured value. In other words, the measurement accuracy is within 1% whether it is 1mPas or 800mPas. - The probe is small, robust, and has a waterproof and dustproof structure. It is also made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. In addition, all wetted parts are welded, making them highly airtight and easy to clean. ・Using a balanced bidirectional vibrator (patented product), viscosity can be measured with high precision without being affected by process vibrations (measured value ±1%), and the probe can be oriented vertically, horizontally, horizontally, and diagonally with respect to the flow direction of the liquid. It can be installed in any direction, allowing highly accurate measurements. Additionally, there is no need for installation adjustments to deal with mechanical stress and strain during installation. - Measured viscosity data with high measurement accuracy of ±1% of the measured value can be output externally via 4 - 20mA (analog output) and RS232C (digital output). Therefore, this viscometer is ideal for production control using automated lines. ・Probe materials can be adjusted according to liquid conditions such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, and adhesion prevention. ・The controller uses a PLL circuit (Phased Lock Loop), and the oscillation frequency is always controlled to be the same as the resonant frequency of the vibrator, and even when the resonant frequency of the vibrator fluctuates due to the influence of temperature, etc. Measure viscosity.
