Safe for clamping mold dies, shirring teeth, press dies, FMS, etc.
■Disc spring type clamp cylinder
Clamp cylinders [DSC series] are available in three types to suit different applications: the "ring type" DSC1, the "low body type" DSC2, and the "slim body type" DSC3. Uses a disc spring to provide strong clamping force.
・Clamping force: 8.8kN ~ 214kN.
- Clamping force is maintained by the tension of a large, powerful disc spring, so there is no need to continue applying hydraulic pressure.
- Hydraulic pressure is used only when unclamping. (See operating principle)
- Block type, can be easily attached to jigs and plates.
・By using a hollow plunger, it can also be used for retraction using a stud bolt, etc.
