Ultra-compact tabletop hot water isostatic press machine
■Can be molded with hot water of 80℃
・Water temperature increases from 25℃ to 80℃ in 40 minutes (when room temperature is 25℃). Since molding can be performed at a constant temperature throughout the year, seasonal variations in moldability can be eliminated.
- Compared to press forming using a mold, shrinkage rate and dimensional accuracy can be controlled more accurately, reducing defects such as deformation, cracking, and scrap loss during sintering.
- Fine adjustment of pressure is possible by using a hand pump.
- Small installation space and portable.
- Uses a high-performance hydraulic pump, allowing smooth pressurization.
