About This Product

Automatic program control type hot press molding machine

■For heating processing and heating lamination with emphasis on parallelism

A hot press machine that can be customized according to the application, such as sheet heating lamination, resin heating molding, etc.

■Automatic type

・Control method that automatically operates molding load, molding speed, and load holding time set for each step (via touch panel). ・Fine control is possible with the variable discharge of the hydraulic pump using an inverter.

■Semi-automatic

・One-cycle automatic operation performed by inputting the setting values ​​(one point each) for molding load, molding speed, and load holding time. ・Hydraulic pump variable discharge using inverter. ・Achieved upper/lower heating plate parallelism of 20 μm (when heating plate is 100 square mm) (adopts precision polishing and 4-post frame). ・With the adoption of a vacuum frame, heating under vacuum and gas replacement heating are possible (the vacuum frame is attached to the heating plate). ・Using an ultra-high pressure hydraulic system, it achieves low noise, weight reduction, and compactness. ・Capacity: From several kN to 2,000kN. ・Heater plate: 100 to 600 square mm. ・Temperature: Standard 200℃~Max400℃, PID control.
