Simple and compact CIP Laboratory CIP for research and development

■Ideal for research and development and small-scale production of ceramic powder molding

NPa System's CIP molding machines (cold isostatic press machines) are small and easy to use, and we have a lineup of series that are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as ceramic lamination molding of electronic components and research and development of fine ceramics and new materials. . CIP molding machines have no friction with the metal and apply pressure isotropically, so they can produce molded products with uniform density and little directionality. This is a powder molding machine series that is ideal for high-density homogeneous molding of ceramic powder.

■Features

・Electric pump type pressure increase time is only 15 to 20 seconds/200MPa (CPA50-200). ・Fluid used: Clean extraction is achieved by using fresh water. ・Smooth pressure increase by using a high-performance hydraulic pump. ・After vacuum-packing the temporary compact, place it into a pressure vessel and form it under isostatic pressure. ・Springback is alleviated by reducing pressure with a high-performance manual pressure reducing operation valve. ・Pressure vessel: Standard φ50, φ80mm (pressure 200-300MPa). - Simple version that starts the pump only while you press the button, and stops when you release your hand. ・The pump starts at 100V, and the pressure is reduced manually.
