Open height variable natural double shaft powder forming press machine
■Manual powder molding press machine that can vary the amount of powder filling
A double-shaft powder molding machine (powder molding press) that allows the mold to float simply by increasing pressure from the lower cylinder. After installing the mold, lower the upper screw bolt to shorten the open height and load operation can be started immediately. By operating the pressure reducing valve, the cylinder and lower punch can be lowered as desired, allowing the powder filling depth to be set freely.
■Both upper and lower axes molding
・Manual press machine that does not require the effort of applying temporary loads.
・No need for mold operations such as attaching and detaching spacers.
・A powder molded product with naturally even upper and lower parts can be obtained.
■Open height, easy to adjust height
- Significantly reduces the number of times you need to pump (reducing time and labor).
- Various molds can be used regardless of height.
■Powder filling depth can be set freely
・Thick powder molded products can be easily obtained.
- Prevents uneven filling of powder (sliced filling is always possible).
