■“Pallet changer transfer system” that streamlines picking and inspection

The pallet changer and robot are integrated into the same unit, allowing for flexible layouts. Picks the workpieces coming off the conveyor and measures their thickness. Only good products are lined up on the tray, and when the tray is full, they are transferred to a new tray. ・POINT-1: Automatically transfer the molded object to the tray ・POINT-2: Identify OK/NG from height measurement of molded object ・POINT-3: Achieving automation with human collaborative robots even in narrow spaces

■Powder “automatic dosing system”

The researcher instructs the robot the required amount, and the robot with a spoon transfers the powder to a measuring device. Based on feedback from the scale, the robot automatically adjusts the required amount. ・POINT-1: While checking the level of scooped flour using sensing, set up a scale and make fine adjustments to the target value. ・POINT-2: The human collaborative robot uses AI to detect the angle of the spoon when scooping and dropping. ・POINT-3: By linking with a vibrating device, it is possible to shake off powder that is difficult to remove and weigh with high precision within a set time.

■"Automatic ejection system" from the molding machine

A trolley carrying a robot is installed in front of the device. A robot takes out the molded object and stores it in a container. ・POINT-1: Supports multiple types by changing the hand according to the shape of the workpiece ・POINT-2: Reduce workload by automatically recording weight measurement data, etc. ・POINT-3: Can be easily moved to any location due to cell unitization
