About This Product

■Summary

The world's first automatic hollow forging line using a servo screw machine. A servo screw press that incorporates a device that can simultaneously drill hollow holes in four horizontal directions, mainly in brass materials. Cushion maintenance is easy as there is no pit. The servo screw mechanism eliminates the need for clutches and brakes, requiring almost no press maintenance. Energy-saving mechanism that reduces power consumption through the power regeneration function of the servo mechanism. Lineup from 300 tons to 800 tons. Fully automatic support with material loading/unloading device, mold lubrication device, and heating furnace docking built into the press. By incorporating a similar device with high strength in two directions, it is possible to form both shaft ends with one pressurization (double shaft end upset processing).
