About This Product

■Summary

Press unit for extruding engine valves from billet material. There are two forging stages: extrusion and umbrella hammering, and the molding is fully automated. Since the screw press has no bottom dead center, the length of the legs and the diameter of the umbrella can be changed freely using the molding power. The lineup includes a parts feeder, material inspection device, high-frequency heating furnace (inside the press frame), automatic hand, and mold lubricant applicator. Valves with various stem diameters can be forged from a single diameter material, reducing costs.
