About This Product

■Summary

The disadvantages of the screw press horizontal mechanical upsetter developed for rear axle shafts (truck rear axles) and shaft end forging have been completely eliminated. For preforms, we use two vertical upsetters and provide a fully automatic line with material handling robots. Significant reduction in installation costs, mold costs, and maintenance costs. High quality with no vertical streaks on the forged product as it is not a split die. Easy material handling with no transfer required within the press. Upset diameter can be up to 400mm or more. Output production in 16-20 seconds.
