About This Product
■Summary
We were the first in the world to use a servo motor driven screw press for forging, making it possible to perform precision forging with even higher precision. Just like traditional screw presses, all flywheel energy is consumed in one pressurization, so it is powerful. This is a cutting-edge forging machine that has received a lot of attention, having won numerous technology development awards, including those from the Japan Society for Plasticity.
■Features
- Since the rotational speed of the flywheel is directly controlled by a servo motor, variations in pressurizing force basically do not occur.
-Since it is not a friction drive, there are no parts corresponding to the clutch, and the only replacement part is the V-belt.
- A weak hit after a high-speed approach can be programmed. Even when forging small items with a large machine, the operating rate does not decrease, and the scope of each machine is wide, making it economical.
- There is no response delay between the air valve that starts the clutch and the clutch moving. It is possible to operate with extremely good response.
・A static load of about 20% of the nominal capacity can be applied, expanding the range of applications. For example, straightening or trimming can be performed on the second shot.
- At the end of one stroke, the motor itself will stop at the upper limit. The mechanical brake is always open when the power is on and operates only during an emergency stop, so the lining has a permanent lifespan.
・When setting the mold, the pressure end can be set automatically.
・The motor does not need to keep rotating like in the past, so power consumption is low considering its size, and it can be said to be energy-saving because it returns regenerated power when braking.
・There is no mechanical bottom dead center, so you can change the power and hit the material as many times as you like. Sequential forging can be easily performed by replacing the upper die each time. There is no variation in product thickness due to frame elongation, making it ideal for forging thin materials.
・The allowable load is twice the nominal capacity.
- Molding speed can be changed. Ideal for hot forging of thin sheets of materials such as magnesium for which conditions are difficult to set.
・High-speed molding is possible. Ideal for warm and hot processing where material temperature drop is a problem.
・We can provide various options such as hollow processing equipment, split mold closure equipment, upper mold shift equipment, load cells, safety equipment, automatic equipment, and automation program design.
