■Specifications

・Tunuga fiber + glass fiber ・Coating/polyurethane

■Features

・Cut-resistant gloves made of Tsunouga® (high-strength polyethylene fiber) ・Low dust generation due to the use of long fibers ・High grip strength with urethane coating on the palm - Unlined type provides high breathability and prevents stuffiness ・Thin, seamlessly knitted gloves provide a good fit and work efficiency.

■Exam content

TEGUARD/TEGUARD *Abrasion resistance, cut resistance, puncture resistance, and tear resistance are based on European CE standard EN388.

■About cut resistance level

① Wear resistance: Evaluate the durability level against friction in 4 stages ②Cut resistance (Coupe test): Evaluate the level of cut resistance caused by the round blade on a 5-level scale ③ Cut resistance (TDM test): Evaluates the level of cut resistance caused by straight blades on a 6-level scale (9 levels in the US) ④Tear resistance: Evaluate the level of tensile strength in 4 stages ⑤Puncture resistance: Evaluate the level of puncture resistance in 4 stages. ⑥ Impact resistance: The durability level against impact is evaluated as "pass/fail".

■Notes

*Please do not wash items containing glass fiber. Glass fibers are destroyed when washed, and both appearance and performance deteriorate significantly. *Precautions for use *Tunuga® is the name of high-strength polyethylene fiber manufactured by Toyobo. *High-strength polyethylene has superior light resistance, chemical resistance, and water resistance compared to aramid fiber, but its heat resistance is inferior. Avoid holding hot objects as the urethane or gloves may melt and cause burns. *PU coating cannot be washed in a washing machine. When washing, please do not use hot water, but gently press with a neutral detergent. *Do not wash items containing glass fiber. Glass fibers are destroyed when washed, resulting in a significant deterioration in both appearance and performance.
