About This Product
■Summary
The ProMetric® Y series is an imaging luminance meter suitable for evaluating the luminance of various displays and LED lighting, and for inspecting external surfaces. By combining hardware that features high resolution and high speed measurement with application software, it is possible to perform advanced image analysis in research and development and automate inspections at production sites.
■Ideal for visual inspection of displays for point defects, line defects, surface defects (microbubbles, scratches), uniformity, light leakage, unevenness, brightness, etc.

・Supports high-speed Ethernet 1000 (Y16-G) and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (Y45/Y61) communication
・Automatic inspection is possible in combination with the optional software TrueTest™
