About This Product
■Viewing angle measurement using DMS
The display measurement system (DMS series) is a device that fully automatically measures the optical characteristics of transmissive and reflective displays (including components). Digital control and temperature control of the device under test are possible, making it possible to measure various test items.
■Measuring optical system
・Microscope type light receiving section (measurement area: variable 0.2mm to 8mm)
・Equipped with a finder to visually check the measurement area
■Gonio optical system
Lineup ranges from 2 manual axes to 6 electric axes. Viewing angle and brightness unevenness can be measured.
■High speed and high sensitivity
PMT (photomultiplier tube) is standard equipment.
■High precision/high brightness
Optional spectrometer (CAS140) with excellent basic performance.
■Temperature control chamber
Because it only controls the temperature of the DUT, it achieves quick and accurate measurements.
■Lighting unit
We offer a wide range of products to simulate various types of environmental light.
■Device control system
Digital control of the DUT is possible and fully automated measurements are possible.
