The complete system, based on the CAS140D array spectrometer featuring a high-end back-illuminated CCD detector, can be used to measure radiance, brightness, and color in displays and back-illuminated panel graphics. The DTS140 can be used in a wide range of applications regardless of the type of display you need to test (LCD, CRT, OLED, LED).
Couple light into the system using a TOP200 telescopic optical probe connected to the spectrometer by fiber optics. TOP200 offers a wide range of lenses to accommodate different measurement spot sizes. The new SpecWin Pro software provides comprehensive tools for data analysis and documentation of measurement results.
The TOP200's fiber coupling also allows you to easily swap out adapters to quickly configure the DTS140 for other applications (e.g. LED measurements). As a result, the range of applications is greatly expanded. This is a feature that is difficult to achieve with a spectrometer with an integrated lens.
