About This Product
■Summary
The core of the CAS140D is a newly developed Cross Czerniterna spectrometer. It incorporates a high-end back-illuminated CCD detector. This spectrometer design effectively reduces stray light, greatly improving dynamic range and measurement accuracy. Additionally, the CAS140D is the only array spectrometer that incorporates a neutral density filter wheel and expands the measurement density range by more than four orders of magnitude.
Measurements can be taken fully automatically, even when the light source is very weak or very strong.

・Various models are available for each wavelength within the range of 200 to 2,150 nm (InGaAs model is CAS140CT)
・High-end cooled, back-illuminated CCD detector for maximum sensitivity and signal stability
・Wide measurement density range with neutral density filter wheel
