■Expansion of low-luminance measurable range

The minimum measurement brightness has been improved to twice that of the previous model (CA-2000), making it possible to measure 0.05cd/m2.

■Improved durability

The number of measurements that can be performed has been increased to approximately 5 times that of the previous model (CA-2000).

■High correlation with human eye sensitivity due to XYZ filter sensor

By adopting an XYZ filter with a spectral response that approximates the CIE 1931 color matching function, it has a higher correlation with the sensitivity of the human eye than RGB color separation filters used in digital video cameras. Brightness and chromaticity can be measured.

■Lens available for various targets and applications

The lineup includes three types of lenses: standard, wide-angle, and telephoto (with macro ring). You can select the optimal lens depending on the target and measurement method.

■Complete factory calibration

Extensive factory calibration is performed for each lens type, focus position, and built-in optical filter. Regardless of target size, brightness, or measurement method, it can be used for high-precision measurements immediately after purchase.

■Accurate measurement is possible even for flickering light sources such as PDP and OLED TVs.

It is possible to perform synchronous measurements on display devices and pulsed light emitters by inputting the frequency numerical value. (4~2,000Hz)

■New software CA-S25w with excellent operability is standard equipment.

Focusing assistance, positioning assistance, and automatic detection functions eliminate the need for troublesome measurement preparations.

■SDK (Software Development Kit) included as standard
