About This Product

In recent years, technology to control vibration, shock, and noise in industrial equipment has become increasingly important. In order to meet the demands of the times, we have developed an extremely unique cushion element as a vibration-proof and cushioning material. The material is hard stainless steel wire used for spring materials, and is made by compression molding the knitted fabric. It can withstand compressive loads of several kg to several tens of kg per 1 cm2, and has excellent elasticity and the strength of steel wires. It is an anti-vibration cushioning material that has the function of absorbing vibration through countless frictions. Its performance is useful for insulating steady vibrations, damping shock vibrations, suppressing resonance, and preventing self-excited vibrations, and it can be used even in high-temperature environments that exceed the permissible limits of rubber. ■Made entirely of metal

It's not rubber. A metal product made from spring stainless steel wire.

■ Strong against high and low temperatures and does not burn

The usable temperature range is -100℃ to 400℃, and it will not burn if exposed to flame.

■ Resistant to oil

It can be used even in oils and organic solvents that would damage rubber.

■High vibration damping

The vibration damping performance is three times that of natural rubber.

■Hard spring

A hard spring (nonlinear) characteristic where the spring constant increases as the load increases. Therefore, displacement under heavy loads can be kept small and excessive displacement can be prevented.

■Less creep

Under both static and sudden large loads in the compression direction, permanent deformation is small and recovery is excellent.

■No deformation occurs

When compressed and deformed, the lateral deformation phenomenon that tends to occur with rubber does not occur in the cushion body.

■Good heat dissipation

It has excellent thermal conductivity, dissipates heat generated by vibration well, and does not deteriorate due to heat accumulation like rubber.

■It is conductive

Copper wire can also be used as the material if necessary.

■Can be used as a composite material

Since it is a tangled body of fine metal wires, it is porous and can be made into composites by filling the voids with other substances such as rubber.
