About This Product
It is a type that incorporates left-handed and right-handed spirals alternately, connected by crimped rods, and is driven by a special sprocket. Since this is a dedicated sprocket, belt specifications are determined.

・Since the rotation diameter can be made small, transferred objects can be transferred smoothly.
-Uses our proprietary Hardy-2*, making this belt less likely to stretch and deform.
・It is lightweight because it has fewer parts compared to belts with chains.
・Furthermore, there is less dead space, so cleaning is easy.
- Standard belt specifications are determined, making selection easy.
・It is a system with low total cost.
*Hardy-2 is made of SUS304 hard wire with hardness increased by more than 30%, so it has excellent wear resistance and long life. By using the Hardy-2 belt, reliable drive and long life are achieved.
