About This Product

■Integrate 5 types of safety testers into one unit

The 19036 Winding Component Comprehensive Tester is the industry's first tester that combines impulse testing functions with conventional electrical safety tests such as withstand voltage, insulation resistance, and winding resistance for winding components such as transformers and motors. It also supports testing in accordance with various standards, and motor standards such as UL1004-1 require a safety tester with high output capacity. The 19036 can output and measure 100mA AC/20mA DC, making it suitable for tests that require measuring large amounts of leakage current. The 500VA output also complies with EC/UL output power requirements.

■Efficiency, rationalization +α measuring instruments

By allocating AC/DC withstand voltage tests, insulation resistance, winding resistance, and impulse tests to each of the 10 standard channels, the number of man-hours required for connection to the device under test and test time are greatly reduced, and test standardization is also facilitated. It also becomes possible to separate programmer and operator. Until now, separate test equipment was required for each test, and the system had to be upgraded when a comprehensive test was to be performed. The 19036, which integrates 5 types of Chroma tests into one unit, is extremely effective in verifying the quality of transformers, transformers, solenoid valves, etc. Up to 40 channels can be added by connecting an optional external scan box. Furthermore, by connecting a 3302/3252 component analyzer, it is expandable to measure characteristics such as L value and Q value.

■Impulse test

Impulse tests are performed to detect various short circuits, and by comparing the reference waveform and the waveform shape of the object under test, we determine whether the product is good or defective. It is possible to detect insulation defects in products from various angles using area, area difference, flutter, and second-order differential methods. For manufacturing line testing of wire-wound parts, low voltage is used to test L, C, R, turns ratio, phase, etc., or high voltage is used to test that there is insulation between coils, coil cores, and coil metal covers. This is common. The 19036 uses its unique circuit technology and mechanism to reliably detect layer shorts, cross wire shorts, and pin shorts that are difficult to detect with inexpensive testers.
