The Chroma17010H battery cell reliability test system is a dedicated charge/discharge test equipment developed exclusively for high current/high power performance tests, and is used to test large lithium-ion battery cells (Lithium-ion Battery Cells, LIBCells), electric double layer capacitors (Electric Double It is suitable for applications such as performance evaluation and life verification of layer capacitors (EDLCs) and lithium-ion capacitors (LICs).
The 17010H adopts a power regeneration circuit structure, which is different from traditional switching power supplies. With features such as high measurement accuracy/precision, fast current response, charge/discharge zero crossover time, and multiple current ranges, it supports capacity measurement accuracy, performance parameter verification, and dynamic current/power testing in battery cell testing.
In addition, the 17010H has a 200% pulsed current output capability and can provide a pulsed test current of 300A for single channel continuous current or 600A for 30 seconds with 200% pulsed output. Therefore, it is advantageous for experiments in power capacity and DC internal resistance tests that require short and high-speed test currents, and it also saves equipment purchase costs.
Additionally, in high-current cycle life tests, the energy conversion efficiency of equipment is extremely important. Power regeneration reduces the required power and the generation of large amounts of heat, and the control circuit operates at a relatively low temperature, which can effectively suppress thermal drift phenomena and extend component life. Additionally, considering the diversity of battery cell products and experiments, the 17010H provides channel parallel functionality. Flexible parallel connection can achieve up to 2400A continuous current and 4800A pulsed current, greatly increasing the applicability of the device.
Dual voltage protection is provided on each channel and independent measurement circuits provide added safety during testing. We have also improved the maintenance design of the product, modularizing the circuit unit, which can be quickly assembled and removed individually, and easy to maintain and channel backup.
